Tall Ships Returning to Nova Scotia

The Tall Ships are returning to Nova Scotia this summer as part of Rendez-Vous 217 Tall Ships Regatta, a Canada 150 celebration. Stops in ports take place across the province including in Halifax (July 29-August 1), which is the start line of the last leg of this Sail Training International 7,000 nautical mile transatlantic race.

Boxing Rock Cup Harbour Race Set for June 10

The annual 2017 Boxing Rock Cup, formerly the Harbour Race, will be held Saturday, June 10. Racing starts from both Bedford Basin Yacht Club and the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron at 1pm with the finish line off Bishop’s Landing. Once again it will be a pursuit race with start times based on your handicap. Awards will be presented on the winning boats at the raft-up party. Event poster and NOR posted here
